About YOU - What’s required to be a SURE Building Inspections Franchisee
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the building industry or inspection profession
- Sound understanding of Australian Construction Standards and the National Construction Code
- Strong technical writing skills to produce cohesive and technically sound inspection reports
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High level of organisation and ability to manage scheduled inspections effectively
- Keen attention to detail and analytical skills to identify potential defects
- Proficiency with modern technology (mobile apps, laptops, etc.)
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
Core Qualifications:
- Tafe or Tertiary qualification in Building, Building Surveying, Engineering, Civil or related building studies
- CPPHON4013 Residential Building Inspection Program
- CPPUPM3008 Inspect for and Report on Timber Pests
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of a national police check
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
- Ability to register a Company in Australia
