History of SURE Building Inspections
SURE Building Inspections was established in 2016 by Richard Edwards after Richard attempted to procure a supportive, informed, and professional building inspection on a property he was considering purchasing as an interstate investor. As Richard had never seen the site before, he was relying heavily on a prompt and detailed inspection report to fully inform him of the condition of the property.
Unfortunately, there were large gaps in the quality and efficiency of the report and Richard did not want others to experience similar difficulties when purchasing a property. He then embarked on obtaining the skills, knowledge and qualifications required to operate as a building inspector in Western Australia and in 2016 Richard established SURE Building Inspections.
In 2023 Richard began the process of restructuring the business to its franchise operating structure in place today. Our modern structure allows SURE to provide the high levels of service and quality we have become known for to clients throughout Australia.
