About the Frame Inspection
The Frame Inspection is completed to verify the compliance of the installed framing in accordance with AS1684.2-2021. The frame must be inspected before the installation of a roof cover to ensure all areas can be accessed and verified per approved plans. The inspection will verify the flashings, levels, dimensions to plans, mortar joins, door frames, window frames, wall ties, bracing, anchors, mechanical fasteners, frame compliance, slab cracking and quality of work.
