What’s Covered in the Lock Up Inspection
The Lock Up Inspection is completed to verify the compliance of the installed brickwork in accordance with AS4773.2-2015 (Masonry in Small Buildings), the metal roof cover in accordance with AS1562.1-2018 or tiled roof cover in accordance with AS2050-2018, plasterboard in accordance with AS2589-2017 and waterproofing to wet areas in accordance with AS3740-2021.
