Final Buyers Inspection
SURE Building Inspections final inspection is designed to assist the buyer to ensure the good working order of all electrical, plumbing and included fixtures or fittings. This specifically includes:
- Test lights
- Polarity testing to all accessible power points
- Testing of all air-conditioning units
- Testing of all kitchen appliances
- Testing of all taps
- Testing of all drains
- Assisted testing of all miscellaneous electrical or services items (e.g. ducted vacuum, pool pump, garden reticulation with selling agent or seller)
A report is completed in accordance with AS4349.0 detailing any defects to these items.

At SURE Building Inspections Sydney our pricing for a Final Inspection depends on the building size. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Testing of all lights, power points, plumbing items and assisted testing (with seller or sellers representative) of all fixed electrical appliances (as included with the property at sale), air-conditioning unit/s, reticulation/bore and agreed miscellaneous items with defects reported in accordance with AS4349.0
