About the Commercial Final Inspection
The final inspection is designed to assist the handover step between seller and buyer in the final days before settlement.
Completed in accordance with AS4349.0-2007 the report scope is specifically detailed in the report template, being: Polarity testing to all accessible power points, testing of all air-conditioning units, testing of all kitchen appliances, assisted testing of all miscellaneous electrical or services items (e.g. ducted vacuum, pool pump, garden reticulation with selling agent or seller), testing of all taps, testing of all drains, inspection for obvious abnormal or significant moving damage.
