What’s Included in a Dilapidation Inspection?
The Dilapidation Inspection is designed to identify existing cracking to the building inspected and is completed in accordance with AS4349.0-2007 and is limited to the inspection of walls, retaining walls, brick fencing, concrete paths/driveway and nearby road surfaces.
Common Use Cases
This inspection report is typically requested by building companies for properties bordering a new construction site or by owners of properties bordering a new construction site. At the completion of all works the Dilapidation report should be completed again to evaluate any new cracking or extension of existing cracks.
