What’s Involved in the Strata Site Maintenance Inspection
The Strata Site Maintenance Inspection is designed to identify maintenance items for common areas at a strata managed property. The inspection is completed in accordance with AS4349.1-2007 Annexure A and Annexure B. Access may be restricted to common areas due to locked private areas or access hatches being inside private areas. This inspection is normally completed by Strata Management companies or The Council of Owners for a site.
