What’s Included in our High Rise Office Inspections?
The High Rise Office Inspection is designed specifically for offices in a strata managed building 3 stories or higher. The inspection is completed in accordance with AS4349.1-2007 Annexure B which specifically excludes all strata areas and restricts the inspection to apartment internal areas and immediate external areas (e.g. balcony and entry door areas).
Some Things to Keep In Mind
Inspectors make all efforts to inspect car bay areas and storage areas. Due to the restricted nature of the inspection, it is highly unlikely that access to inspect for structural defects will exist. Timber Pests are not included but reference to any such issue may exist as a maintenance item. A summary of advice regarding Termites is provided to assist communication with Strata for this matter.
