Do you pay referral fees to agents?

No. SURE does not pay referral fees, commissions, or kickbacks to any real estate agent. This is how we maintain total independence. We partner with agents who value transparent, evidence-based reports for their clients.

Can I co-brand reports with my agency?

Yes. For high-volume partners, we can include your agency logo and contact details on the report cover. This is a free service for agents who refer five or more clients per quarter.

How fast can you inspect?

Usually within 24-48 hours of booking. For clients under offer with a finance clause expiring, we prioritise same-day or next-morning slots.

Do you inspect outside Perth and Sydney?

Our primary coverage is Perth metro, Sydney metro, and surrounding regional centres. If your client is outside these areas, call us — we may be able to arrange a regional inspection or refer you to a vetted partner.
