Specialist Inspections
Coming Soon
Commercial and specialist inspections are launching soon. In the meantime, explore our pre-purchase, pre-sale, and new-build inspection services.
How long does a specialist inspection take?
Most specialist inspections take 1.5 - 2.5 hours depending on property size and complexity. The inspector will call you after the inspection to discuss key findings before the formal report is delivered.
When will I receive the report?
Same day, subject to access and availability. The full PDF report with photos, defect descriptions, cost estimates, and recommendations is emailed within hours of the inspection completion.
What makes SURE different?
SURE has completed 9,237 inspections and catalogued 242,618 defects into the DefectIndex. Each inspector works their own local territory, so customers get small-business accountability backed by SURE head office systems.
Built to last. Inspected to be SURE.
One inspection, twelve months of advice, and the same person on the other end of the phone every time you call. That is the part you do not see on the brochure.
