The package covers every stage relevant to your build, typically slab, plate high or frame, roof frame or lock-up, practical completion, handover, and end-of-warranty (the exact sequence depends on whether the home is framed or double-brick, and may include multiple slab stages). Each inspection generates a detailed report with photographic evidence, and each report builds on the last, creating a complete quality history of your home’s construction that no individual inspection can match.

Can I add stages later if I start with individual inspections?
Yes, but you'll pay individual stage pricing. The package rate is only available when booked upfront. We always recommend starting at slab stage, it's the foundation of the build and the earliest point at which defects can be caught and rectified before later stages cover them up.
What if my build takes longer than expected?
The package covers all stages regardless of build timeline. Whether your build takes 6 months or 18 months, every inspection is included. We schedule each stage inspection around your builder's progress, not a fixed calendar.
