Remedies
- Rectify the flashings to provide a compliant and durable waterproofing detail for a roof application, in accordance with AS4654.2
- Engage a roof plumber to repair the affected flashing and roof cover sections in accordance with NCC 7.2.
- Re-seal all penetrations associated with AC units with appropriate flashing and waterproofing membranes
- Reinstall AC units using suitable non-absorbent supports
