- Engage a licensed pest inspector (AS 4349.3) to perform a follow-up inspection once access is cleared
- Lift or redirect ducting where it prevents inspection of high-risk perimeter zones
- Where roof void clearance is the limiting factor, engage a thermal imaging operator as a supplementary inspection method
- If access cannot be restored, treat this as an uninspected area and factor the risk into any purchase or treatment decision
